چکیده
Objective:
To determine the frequency of trismus and diplopia in patients with zygomatic complex fractures.
 Materials Methods:
This descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted on 82 using non-probability consecutive sampling technique. Patients ZMC fractures age above 15 years both genders were included. TMJ pathologies, history previous surgery having orbital pathologies excluded. Trismus assessed clinically. Data analyzed by SPSS version 26. P value ≤ 0.05 considered significant.
 Results:
Out total participants, mean 32.06±12.092 years. According to distribution fracture sites, 36(43.9%) had Frontozygomatic (FZ) suture fracture, 45(54.9%) zygomaticomaxillary 48(58.5%) infraorbital rim 42(51.2%) Zygomatic arch fracture. present 13(15.59%) patients. Association various processes ZMC, such as frontozyomatic process (p=0.275), (p=0.825), (p=0.122) not statistically significant but other hand it assocaited (p=0.001). sight except (p=0.000) which highly Conclusion:
Frequency high (51.2%), that 15.9% known cases fractures.
